I love Montillio's too. My friend got married in Oct & they got their cake at Montillio's - it was yummy! She never got to try it at her wedding so make sure on your wedding day you get to actually enjoy a piece of your cake! :)

Cakes for Occasions in Danvers, MA! Unbelievable cakes - they did the cake for the Good Morning America wedding a couple of years ago. SOOOOO delicious!!! ( And FYI - the bakery is completely nut free, wonderful for us food allergy folks!)

The Icing on the Cake is in Newton, MA, just outside of Boston. They are doing our cake for our May wedding just the way we want! Their cakes are totally amazing and Paula, the owner, is really nice, professional, and flexible. Also, they don't do fondant because Paula doesn't like the taste, but she can make any design as smooth as fondant. Don't be weirded out by their outdated website, definitely go there instead.
We're getting our cake from Fratellis, also in Quincy, MA. Montillios is also delicious.
I don't know the pricing for Montillios, but Fratellis is very affordable and professional and WICKED yummy 
Jacques Patries in Suncook is worth the ride (I'm having my wedding at Sky Meadow and the cake was part of the package).
Also, Fredericks in Nashua/Amherst.
