This is not quite on topic, for that I apologize. I have never heard of an "I do" or "we do" but the prettiest cake table I ever saw was a round table witha white floor length cloth topped by a large navy sqaure that was swagged(bride's colors).
What made is special was that their monogram was embroidered on the organza centered on the side of the table directly in front of the cake. The embroidery was also in navy so it was subtle and did not detract from the cake .
Depending on the size and type of letters, you can get that at craft stores. Michaels has different sizes of wooden letters. Joanns has smaller wooden letters and a variety of cardboard letters (even 2 ft tall ones). Hobby Lobby has both unfinished wood letters, and they have large painted letters. I have also seen cardboard letters at Paper Source.
