If you don't hear from the company, file fraud charges with your bank ASAP! They only allow you to go so far back with fraud against a bank account (its much further back with credit cards, i think)! You might want to even call your bank ASAP about what information you'll need, if you can go back as far as May for fraud, etc. Good luck!

So, this review will be updated as things progress. I just have to say right now that I am exceedingly dissatisfied with the company from which we ordered our cake top. Why you ask? Well...
We ordered the cake top in early/mid May 2010 for our August 2010 wedding. We then received an email on 1 June 2010 stating our order number and the shipping date,28 June 2010. On 22 June 2010 I saw that the full payment for the cake top had cleared my bank account.
On 28 June I started to get excited about it shipping but didnt' get any sort of email saying that it had shipped. As of yesterday the cake top has not arrived nor has there been any contact by the company to explain any sort of shipping delay. Also, upon calling the company multiple times, it goes to voicemail/answering machine during their business hours. I should mention that I try calling at various times just in case they might be on the phone or out to lunch or something. They have not responded to any of my messages.
I just sent them an email saying that if we don't get the cake top in the next 10 business days, by 6 August, that I will expect a full refund. Was that out of line? FI and I are traveling to the wedding location on 17 August so it needs to get here before then!
I will not post the vendor's name until I have contact with them on some level. I want to give them a chance to defend their (in)actions before roasting them over a flame like I would love to do. :)
