I made our cake topper out of polymer clay. It’s about 5 inches tall.
We’re playing a game called “Mega Bubble” from Minute to Win it.
He wanted something offbeat, and this is the only one I could agree on.
It’s a little amateur… not the most wonderful thing, but it’s something. And it took FOREVER so I don’t want to redo it.
The veil isn’t on yet in this pic, but it’s just tulle.

That’s so adorable-great job!

You did a great job, especially for being the first time making something like that. I ordered one off of etsy and I give major kudos to anyone that tackles one of these on their own. Yours looks so cute!

I don’t like it as much as I’d hoped. I’m hoping I can make a Minute to Win it groomscake and put this on top, and try again with a simpler or more traditional one for our regular cake. Or… I’ll like it better soon. I hate my face in it.

That is so detailed! Sculpting is so hard! Great job.
I painted our own using a DIY kit sold by Goose Grease on Etsy for $15. They come with paints and enough wooden figures for 2 sets. So I made one of us in our wedding attire: (my dress has the neckline modified to a sweetheart)
So here’s the topper:
I used the extra set to make one of us in traditional Korean wedding attire:
