I haven't ordered online, but your timeline sounds okay.
For hand-tied bouquets, leave the stems long and put them in a tall, heavy vase or bucket with about an inch or two of water. They should be fine for a day in an air conditioned room. Trim them shortly before the ceremony.
The bouts can go in the fridge but make sure it is not too cold (above 40 degrees, I think) or the flowers will bet frostbitten.
they usually take 2-3 days for the buds to open, so I think the timeline would work esp if you are having an evening wedding.
heard some good reviews about http://www.flowers.pacificcallas.com/
and fiftyflowers.com for buying wholesale flowers...

Has anyone order Calle Lillies in bulk from an online site? How long will they hold up. This is what I am thinking- PLEASE advise:
Wed - flowers arrive
trim ends, soak in buckets
Thursday- arrange bouquets, bouts. Refridegrate?
Friday - Wedding
Does this make sense??
