So, I spent perhaps 20-30 hours this week gluing beautiful vintage stamps onto my envelopes, plus lining them with book paper and stamping my fiance’s and my address onto them.
Then I started addressing and remembered that no matter how hard I try, my handwriting is awful.
Would be super unattractive to use clear labels with some awesome calligraphy font for my addresses? (Or the font we used in the invites/address on the back?) Or something else way better?
I would post a picture but my phone with all the photos on it just died and I left my charger at work!
These need to go out Thursday at the latest. 🙁 Any ideas?

I used clear labels and you can hardly see them on the envelope.

use clear labels, that is what we are doing cuz our handwriting sucks too and we dont have the budget to pay someone to do it for us

I agree with the clear labels! Your envelopes sound adorable btw…

I wish I would have thought to just print directly onto the envelopes! (through the printer)

I ended up hand-writing all the addresses. I just tried to write “small” and simple, letting the vintage stamps steal the show. You can check them out here:

(Didn’t show how the addresses turned out for privacy reasons, but I think you can sort of make one envelope out in a photo.)
