I have had my asha stones (my ring has a 1 carat center with two .50 carats on either side) for over a year and they are perfectly fine. I’m super rough with my rings too. No scratches and they can get a little frosty, but they are just dirty, so once I clean them, they are all good!

I’ve had mine since New Year’s Eve and it’s held up great.  I wear it all the time (hiking included!) and have smashed my hand into various objects.  When mine starts to look “frosty” I just clean it with warm water, dish soap and a soft toothbrush. I actually just finished cleaning it.  Here’s a pic of the light on the table that shows that it is scratch free still 🙂

This is my Asha Asscher, it’s big and high set (high for me anyways) and it’s held up well. No scratches so far, it’s been dinged against lots of stuff

I read that story on BTD too but he did mention that you can’t see the scratches with the naked eye but the scratches and frost show up in pictures.  His wife NEVER really takes it off and does some heavy duty things with her ring such as gardening.  Lastly, he was really satisified with the asha V4 and would replace it with the newer  V6.  I’d be thrilled if I got half that time out of my asha since I ploan on replacing it with a diamond.

I am gentle and loving with my stuff, but my asha earrings are showing sign of wear.

@MrsOliveBird:  Same here.  I have a pair of princess cut earings that I bought at least 5 years ago that are starting to look like they’ve seen better days.  I do wear them a lot, however, I do clean them a lot in my small ultrasonic cleaner.

I’ve had my Asha for 2 yrs now. I don’t do cleaning or yard work etc. with my ring on.  It still has the most wonderful prisms and thanks to warm water and windex, it can be blinding. Since it is 2 cts the table is huge and I’m noticing the edges of the table are white and dull like they are scratched and dulled. It is disappointing. If anyone knows how to polish them, I’m anxious to know how.
