Here was our beach wedding setup, just an arch draped with tulle and some tiki torches. I let nature do most of the decorating!

We did something similar to abbyful, bamboo arch + white fabric. We did have two arrangements at the top of the arch so this pic must have been taken before the florist finished up.
You could have people stand for the ceremony (as long as you clearly mark the aisle) or maybe do bamboo mats?
This was on the bay, and the only thing used were two iron candle holders. They walked onto the sand from the side.
ours was less simple looking than what i think you have in mind, but really it was just a bamboo arch with fabric draped over it. and the flowers were included in our package. i added purple chair sashes and some petals on the aisle.
Love love love this! It is so pretty! Would it be weird to have people sitting do you think? and would it seem strange for them to be looking up at us? It's so pretty though..
How about benches? Not my set up but I came across it in my research. Really lovely.
We're going the simple route too for our wedding in Turks & Caicos. I thought I'd do a beach arch but at $1500 for only 20 mins of us being in front of it, no thank you! I feel weird having nothing up there but it's the beach, it'll be beautiful so no worries. Hope you find what you're looking for! As far as seating goes, I've seen a few blogs where they have everyone find a beach blanket and sit on it.
@kellyj23: I don't think it would be weird. But like suhseal stated maybe try benches for a higher lift.
@DestinBride85: LOVE this look, but I won't have enough room in my luggage for the pillows :(

I am having a simple simple beach wedding...the only decorations we may have is some flower petals for an aisle way. Anyone have any pics of their simple beach set up or pics of their simple beach wedding? Also we are not doing chairs...anyone have any alternatives to chairs?
