This was the original at Shane Co. I was told that the ring would   be discontinued after December, but I recently saw it on their website still. The center stone is ordered seperately. The original ring was in White Gold.

I am allergic to the Nickel in White Gold, so that was the first change to Platinum. The next changes are below in both pictures. Sapphire and Diamond changes. The center stone basket was originally made for a “normal” princess or cushion cut. Mine was changed to hold the center princess cut stone in a kite/star/compass setting.

@dooner:  We are having my ring completely custom ring by David Klass in LA. He is amazing to work with.

I also love when the basket really shows off the stone. That’s one of the details I’m having for my custom ring. The 2nd pic is the basket I’m getting.

Here it is! Picture it in yellow gold.

@nerdybee:  I love your ring. Your custom details make the ring so much cooler and prettier. The sapphires make so much more sense being closer to the diamond, and having it kite set really works with the shape of the sapphires. Why didnt Shane Co think of that?

@dooner:  loved the stone but didn’t love the rosé gold prong setting like I thought I would. So had my jeweler make me a bezel 🙂 Cost was $400 but it’s because he had to make a CAD…..I didn’t want a stock setting. Here ya go! so much happier now! Ugh phone is not letting me post. I’ll come back and add the before and after settings from my computer!

@IheartUFC:  Thank you! I agree I think it looks much better this way! The sales associate eneded up agreeing with my finace’ about the changes looking better than the original, but the artist doesn’t want to change the base design for the stores. I love your side diamonds on the second picture!

@dooner:  Thank you! My finace’ was the one who thought of the changes. I love that the sapphires look like leaves. I love the twist band on yours!

@countrygirlatheart:  First, I love the accent stones that you added! It highlights the ceterstone nicely. Second, Thank you!

@dooner:  I had the same issue with mine ….long story short the cost to make the changes is soooo not worth it! You might be more cost effective just trading up… Research research research! The jeweler that is….also be able to identify your diamonds before you turn over your ring to anyone. Sorry such a bad picture

The one on the left is the bigger halo….not happy!

@dooner:  No, just what my husband picked out, he said he like the meaning they hold and that he liked the look. : )

@nerdybee:  Your welcome and thank you I love it too!

I had some changes done to mine! I had the entire shank changed from white gold to platinum, and straight with no tapering, and slightly wider. They did a perfect job! Also, I had the hear filigree removed from the basket. Love hearts but not in my e-ring. It turned into a V-shape, which is what I wanted from the beginning. The changes cost $900 (for the platinum and labour)
