SurprisedYes, when you purchased your ring they gave you a “Certified Appraisal”.  You need to take it back every 6 months for cleaning and expection. If you don’t have it and something happens you won’t have any proof.

Thanks so much for the question. We hope to see you every six months in order to maintain the warranty and spot any potential issues and fix them before they become outright problems. If you were in the store on December 26th, then it is just about time to come and see us again anyway. Whoever helped you out the first time should have asked if you had your Certified Appraisal on you, and if you didn’t, could have printed you out a nice and new copy, or given you a business card with the date and information as proof. Since this didn’t happen feel free to print this discussion out as proof of your last clean and check. The store associates will sign you off for December, and your current visit. If they have any questions please ask them to give me a call or send me an email and I’d be happy to talk to them.  I apologize for the confusion in the first place.

From here on out make sure to take your Certified Appraisal (or have the store print you a new one if need be) with you and get the store associate to sign off on the date and you’ll be good to go from then on out.

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions please feel free to ask!
