I chose not to based on the effect of the bolero & sweetheart neckline.  I feel like a necklace would have been too much, and I’m not really a fan of them unless they are long, which would look weird anyway.

I had really blingy earrings and I thought a necklace would be overload.  I had a deep V dress too but it was totally fine without a necklace.  Go for some beautiful sparkly dangling earrings and the necklace won’t be missed.

I didn’t.  My neckline did not call for one.

I won’t be wearing one. my dress has a broach on the sweetheart neckline, I think a necklace would compete with it. I’ve got some simple earrings that have sparkle to them instead.

I don’t have pictures yet because I’m not getting married until next month, but I am not wearing one either, I have a large headband, and any necklace looked like overkill with it!

No necklace here! I actually wear a necklace everyday, but for some reason it didn’t feel right with my dress. I did fun drop sparkly/pearl earrings, broach on my sash, and hair comb. Go with what feels right to you!

I didn’t wear a necklace, I can’t stand them either!  I wore Kendra Scott statement earrings, a CZ tennis bracelet, my veil had a pearl/stone trim, and my sash was blingy so I think a necklace would have been too much on me anyway.

I’m not really into jewelry and skipped a necklace. My dress was a one shoulder with a bantu style bust. There was plenty of space for a necklace, but at the end of the day I wanted to feel like myself on my wedding day.

No photos (not married yet) but I won’t be wearing a necklace, my dress is a one-shoulder and it wouldn’t look right if I did.

I thought wearing a necklace would be too much going on with my dress. I chose longer fancier earrings instead…I chose an up close picture so that you could see details & I wanted a full length picture to show you my whole overall look.

My daughter did not wear a necklace.  She did not want to detract from her dress.  While the dress did not have any beading, there were little crystal clusters in the flower appliques.

I go all one way or the other.  I like no necklace or a big statement necklace.  Not much in between.

Everyone looks beautiful, btw!

No necklace for me, but it was freeing!

I’m sorry the picture is so huge. It is my first time uploading one and I didn’t know how to make it smaller. I agree that necklaces are annoying and then you have to worry about making sure the clasp is in the back. I didn’t want to deal with it.
