I need serious help!  i have only a month to go before my wedding day and I cannot find a bra solution for my dress and am freaking out.  It sounds as though adhesives are not going to work (even though the store sold me some anyway) and I'm a 32D so those puppies could well escape on me !!!A

Any advice would be hugely appreciated !

I am sorry, but I would talk to the seamstress to see she/he has some other options for you. You could maybe have some cups sewn in, but they may show; the material looks thin. You could also try pinning a brooch in the center/in between.

Hmm, I suppose you can't get cups sewn in can you?

There are bras that have a little plastic bit at the front instead of the regular wires. I don't know if that's something you'd consider.

For the back, you can get a back converter which basically clips onto your regular bra and goes down to the small of your back where it makes an X and comes round to fasten around your front. I don't know what they're like to wear for several hours on end though and you may need to tape the straps to your dress so they don't show.

does that VS multi way bra look like a possibility, it goes down really far in the back, I just don't know about the front.

Thanks Noritake22, the material is actually quite thick so cups sewn in could be an option I think.  If I get super stuck I may just have to alter the dress somehow, although obviously I don't want to do that

@slicey19  The VS multiway would work for the back but not for the front

@libbymac if you had a piece sewn in the front, I think the VS mulitway should work or even getting a back extension piece for a strapless bra you already own.

I think that have pads sewn in is you best option though

Thanks everyone for coming back to me so quickly. What is the VS bra? i live in the UK so I would have to get my sister to buy me one.   Here are a couple more pictures of me in the dress but it was not fitted to me at that stage and the seamstress told me to let her work her magic and I'll see at my next fitting, but even so, I need some support, I don't want to droop, how awful would that be - my worst nightmare!  i haven't asked her yet about sewing cups into the dress but it has to be that or some sort of bra, going braless isn't an option :-(  Can't believe this has happened to me a month before the big day, I am kicking myself

I found this thing on ebay, but more than likely it should exist in some store too.  I just can't search for lingerie at work,  all those websites are blocked.  It's a u plunge front with adhesive sides... maybe it would work.

Ooh, you're in the UK? Ok, check up La Senza and Ann Summers. Tell them you're looking for a low back bra extender and give that a shot. :)

What about this one? The strap (or whatever you call it) in the front is removable, and the back straps are completely convertible (it has a thong back, so I didn't want to post a pic, but you can see it on their site). Good luck!

I am also a 32D and I use the stick on silicon cups, and they are awesome! You can get the separate ones so they won't show in the middle, and then you can use apparel tape to keep your dress from moving to one side or the other.

I am from the US, so I am not sure about the site, but here is a UK site for the bra, and if its not trustworthy, just look up "self adhesive bra" and silicon just adds a little lift if you like: http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/lingerie/braza-self-adhesive-bra.asp

and here is the tape: http://www.hollywoodfashiontape.com/products_tape.cfm

good luck! Its a beautiful dress, and congratulations!!
