Do you have any right hand rings that fit on your left hand?  That’s what I did for the three weeks between discovering my diamond moved and when it was finished being repaired.  It’s not the same, but it helps with the naked finger feeling.

Haha, it’s funny. I never wore rings and I felt the same way when I gave up my ring for TWO HOURS to get it resized. I felt naked without it!

@Soon2BeBee:  Ah same exact thing happened to me with ENG225. What ring did you get? I sent mine in to be repaired this week. I asked them if they could totally remake my ring but they won’t because FI waited past the 30 day period to propse 🙁 I only wore it for 19 days before losing a pave stone out of the band. I could noticeably see that some of the pave was raised/not sitting flush and is probably also loose. :/

@Soon2BeBee:  I noticed the stone fell out on July 25, exactly 19 days after getting her. It kind of ticked me off because I asked whether resizing the ring had anything to do with this (they resized the ring for me from a 5.5 to a 7) and they said that sizing UP does not affect anything, but if I would have sized down it would.. so they said it was probably because I was rough with the ring! Although a lot of bees have said that sizing up OR down a whole size is bad news bears for pave. Regardless, even if I was banging my ring around, I shouldn’t lose a stone after 19 days of wear on a $2K ring! They responded quickly to my e-mails and they paid for the return shipping label and also said they will fix it for free and reset any other stones that appear to be loose. I had told them about my concerns for at least 2 other stones on the band. I shipped the ring to them this week on either Tuesday or Wednesday. They said it will take 5-7 days to fix and they will have it back to me right away. I will post an update when I get it back! So frustrating :/ I am kind of looking at bezels now because I feel like my ring might be a ticking time bomb from the resize 🙁 🙁

I agree, their quality control needs work. I noticed straight away that the pave I ended up losing was not sitting flush on the band, as well as 2 other stones (at least) that I could see by eye. I didn’t want to do anything, because I had JUST gotten my ring and didn’t want to tell FI “I love the ring you got me but the band looks weird like the pave is messed up” .. I thought that would be a little rude I guess? Regardless, he purchased the ring in May and proposed in July, so it was past the 30 day window. I think this policy works to MoCo’s advantage bc so many of their rings are e-rings and proposals don’t always happen within their return window.

@Soon2BeBee:  The same thing happened to me last month.  I sent it off 2 days after getting it, and I had it back 13 days later.  Treat yourself to a nice CZ in the mean time!  I would go crazy with a naked ring finger.
