We're still not sure! We're probably going somewhere within the Vacation Club properties, but there are so many around the world.
I love Disney World but we go there often (R's parents are wonderful enough to give us points sometimes) so I'd love to go somewhere different. We were thinking about California or the Hilton Head Resort.
Love Saratoga though! I miss it, and I was just there in December.

We're staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I can't wait to wake up to giraffes outside our room!
Animal kingdom was a huge contender in our decision more that we love Boma restaurant and is in the on of the buildings of the lodge... but we ended with saratoga because is steps from downtown
