How far are you into your cycle?  Are you already at the point that you’ve got a missed period, or are you more likely 10-12dpo?

I’d give it a couple days with the strong possibility that you’re pregnant and act accordingly, and then test again on the digital 🙂

@apex:  No worries, I suck at charting as well.  if you’re not sure what your cycle should look like, I’m going to say be partient (easier said than done, I know) and test with a digital in a couple days again.  But I always say a line is a line, and you’re likely pregnant, just not enough HCG in your system yet to get a true super dark line.

Well without knowing when you ovulated you can’t really say your period is late. Since you just came off birth control it’s likely your period is just a little off this month. You probably ovulated later. An exact 28 day cycle is not as common as you think.

If this is your first cycle off BC then your cycle is likely upset. I just came off BC last month and am in the midst of my first cycle off it. I was on 28 day cycles only because the pill regulates your body that way with the amount of pills you take – right now I’m at cycle day 17 and still haven’t ovulated yet. Based on a 28-day cycle I should have ovulated on CD13. So what I’m saying is….you might not have even ovulated yet. Or, you ovulated late and your period will be right on time, but not on your 28-day-schedule. OR you are actually pregnant. Could you post a pic of your test to see if we can see the line? From what I’ve heard/read it’s a lot rarer to get a false positive than to get a false negative – so basically if there’s a noticeable line, you’re likely pregnant.

It looks like my early Wondfo bfp. The first day I noticed something on a Wondfo I took a digital and it was negative. The next day a FRER showed a very faint line. Good luck!

That looks like my wondfo bfp looked when I first tested at around 10dpo. Give it another day or 2, but it looks promising!

ETA I didn’t get a positive on the digital until 12dpo.

For comparison, here’s my old post with my wondfo bfp…

the first photo shows 7-9 DPO, the photo on the second page shows a test at 12DPO. Best of luck to you!
