I know it seems strange to eat that much on workout days but you really do need to! To keep your brain on track don’t eat empty calories to fill that extra. I’ve lost 30lbs with MFP, so I know a wee bit what I’m talking about Wink

Eat back your calories. I’ve lost 30lbs myfitnesspalling too. You need to eat back your calories or you will plateau. You don’t have to eat them ALL back, but eat as much as you can and make sure your net is over 1200.

Yep, net over 1200 at least otherwise it’s way unhealthy.

Ive lost 32 lbs so far on MFP and only eat about half my calories back, that being said, im starting to plateau so I gotta try something….maybe eating them all back….but it is really hard to eat that much some days, I totally feel your pain!

Wow, good to know!  I never eat back my calories.  I always thought that was kind of defeating the purpose.

Hmm I will have to do this now..

I just made myself a paper food diary so I can plug it in later because I always forget!!
