Your PPT file might be set to your envelope size, but your printer might be set for something else (letter size by default, I think?). Try going into the Print dialog box, click settings/preferences and see if there’s any indication as to the size of paper. Try to change it from there. Maybe select User Defined or Custom or your envelope size if it’s listed.

Sorry, I don’t have a Mac so I’m not super sure. I just remember trying to print on my envelopes using Word; found out too late that my printer couldn’t take the specific size of envelope I was using so it kept failing.

I would actually suggest going to michaels with a coupon and getting a light box, and then using that to trace the names from regular paper. It came out a lot cleaner that way for me because the envelope kept getting crooked in the printer

It shines light from below so that you can see the address printed on a regular piece of paper through the envelope. I put the address positioned correctly inside the envelope so that there was nothing between the address and the envelope face, and then traced it from there

I saw on Pinterest where someone made a light box by putting strings of Christmas lights in a transparaent storage tub, not sure how it worked for them but might be worth a shot!

LOL! mine needed to be really bright and flat to get the details of the letters, but it’s worth a shot I guess!
