I like My Fitness Pal. You can access it from the web or your phone (it’s free) but if you use your phone you can scan barcodes of ingredients (like your cous cous packet) to add them.

I like Lose It. You can build your own recipes if you want by just putting all the ingredients in.

I use the Lose It app for iPhone… I’ve been using it on and off for around 3 years and I really like it!

I use sparkpeople.com

 

It not only has an amazing database, but you can also add your won foods and develop a list of favorites. And best of all, free!
