Depends on what look you are going for. I think a "hunting cabin" type theme would be cool. You could do things logs, candles, copper items (maybe candle holders?), plaids, rustic woods, etc. You could have deer outlines or goose outlines (whatever you fancy) on the background of your invites. You could do an outdoor/camping/BBQ type buffet with plaid table cloths and metal plates. I bet you could get lots of ideas from places like Cabelas and Bass Pro Shop.
So you want your bridesmaids and you to be in pink camo? just making sure I get this! I am a city girl marrying the biggest country boy...so I would love to help! :)

Not having much luck finding a pink camo dress, but what if you did camo dresses for your girls and then they wore pink sashes? I think it might be a cool contrast. Here are some regular camo dresses, and then you could have pink satin sashes at their waist?

I think you should have the bridesmaids wear solid black or solid pink dresses and have some one make a pink camo sash to match your dress. This way you stand out, and it won't be too busy in pictures.
The flower girl would be adorable to match you though.
For centerpieces- are you looking for flowers, candles, lanterns?

you could wrap pink lights around the branches and put tealights in between. Or you can carve out a space for the candles to fit into the branches. could tie it all together. still elegant.
What about something simple for centerpieces? Antlers and candles possibly?
