So I’ve been looking at rings online and culling my favorites down to show to my SO, and I’ve fallen in LOVE with these rings from Overstock! Except for a few small things…
I don’t really like yellow gold; I prefer white gold, platinum, palladium, etc.
They are way out of our limited, $1000 max budget. That being said, I’m completely open to alternative stones- blue spinel, london blue topaz, etc for the center stone and white sapphires, white topaz, CZ, etc for the accents.
So can any bees help me find similar rings, or even tell me a style to search?

I think your best bet would be custom, that way you can get the style you love using materials that you want and fit within your budget,
You could buy a loose center stone, here is a link to a beautiful lab grown sapphire http://betterthandiamond.com/products/Kashmir-Blue-Lab-Sapphire%3A-Oval-Cut.html
A lab sapphire will still have the same properties as a natural, it will be beautiful and much more affordable, freeing up the rest of your budget for the setting.
