@worldfairy:

Hope this helps before deciding some of the translations are for singular and plural left it up to you to decide.

Let me know what you think, I tended to use the correct wording for some words such as nota hoja . But you decide

(exclamation marks go in the beginning of the sentence an upside down one and at the end like in the English language)

Si  encuentra  (accent on the o) este   mensaje

por favor llene la cartilla y envieme de regreso a Canada

name of guests (Nombre de Invitados)

I/we (YO/nosotros)

will attend the wedding (Asistiremos a la boda) or (Asisteremos al enlace matrimonia)

and hope  (Y esperamos)

So that we can ( para que nosotros podamos)

Don’t forget to (no se les olvide)

Before you (antes que tu  or    antes que ) this one sounds better less personal

                                              Single                                  plural

And always remember to (Y recuerda siempre que) or  y recuerden siempre que

My dietary requirements (Mi dieta alimentesia(accent on the second i) consiste de   or  la dieta alimentesia es

My favorite song is ( Mi cancion favorita es)

Anything else you want to tell us. Write it on the other side  ( Algun (accent on the u) otro commentario que decien compartir con nosotros. Favor de anotarlo atraz de esta hoja

Or

Algun otro commentario que decien compartir con nosotros. Favor de apuntarlo atraz de esta nota (hoja, papel)
