That dress looks very very similar to mine--all lace, sheath, v-neck, with a ribbon type thing under the bust. I haven't been able to find a picture anywhere online but the woman I worked with at the store said that it was Essence. I paid under $1,000 for it too! Unfortunately, they don't have it on their website but I'm sure if you go someplace that carries Essense and describe it they can find it for you. GL!

the only one I've seen that was similar was a watters (but it was halter/trumpet)...have you tried them?
The dress seems very similar to San Patrick dresses which are usually ~$1000. Try those out...

The image you have posted is by UK designer Caroline Castigliano called Shangrila. It's full french lace in ivory with piping round the lace in champagne.

Unfortunately it seems that it retails for about £ 2500 - £ 4000 according to this website - http://www.confetti.co.uk/fashionbeauty/fashion_search/dress_search/dressdetails.asp?id=4341
I'm guessing thats a total budget buster 
You could try looking for it on sites that sell pre owned bridal gowns, but from a very broad search I gather it doesn't sell for less than £ 2000.
I'd suggest get your seamstress to make a replica or go for something a little less buget killing, like the Panda from the Pronovias San Patrick collection...
