A six prong, cathederal setting with channel set side stones. It is a beauty!

 

The only way I learned this stuff was helping a guy friend pick out the ring. It took forever to learn!

I agree with the six prong and channel set side stones, but I wouldn’t call it a cathedral. Pollywog’s is a cathedral, but OP’s is not. I would say that the band tapers, though. I’m trying to think of how I’d describe it to someone who hasn’t seen it. I’d prob say it’s a 6 prong RB with channel set side stones and the band tapers in towards the center diamond.

I have to agree with PaisleyMedic, I’d call it a six prong, tapered, channel set diamond shank.
