I'm dying to know who makes it. The wedding planner said she'd try to contact the bride but incase that doesn't happen, I thought I'd see if anyone knows.

I'm pretty sure it's Pronovias. They have an array of prices... take a look at their website.
I agree with @mariavvisa... looks like a Pronovias gown (which are more affordable than you think, yay!)

That must be it but I looked all through Pronovias' website, 2009 and 2010 collection and didn't see it. I'm a size 14 and 6 feet tall so that preowned wouldn't work. But that must be the dress. If only I could find the style name.
