I used to live in FoCo! I don't know of certain bakeries, but if you're going for something simple check out your local grocery store. You might be surprised as to what they can do. Add some fresh flowers, and you're good to go.
My aunt and uncle got their wedding cake from Whole Foods last year and it was AMAZING. It was beautiful and delicious. Unfortunately, I don't think they deliver...a friend picked it up.

We haven't chosen a baker for our wedding cake yet. I'm looking for someone close to Ft Collins so we can cut down on cake delivery drama and fees.
