Yes, it is possible, though I don't really understand why you would want to do it. If you are not a sewer, I strongly suggest taking it to a seamstress and have her sew them for you. You will want to have a quarter inch hem, so you will want the cut to fall half an inch below where you will want the sleeve, hem a quarter inch and then another quarter inch. You may also want to take the trim that is currently on the bottom of the sleeve and sew it where you do your hem.

if you dont like the top, dont buy it
this dress looks normal/standard and i'm sure you can find similar ones that comes without the sleeves
I like it the way it is too... but if you have the sleeves left over after I will take them from you! I need sleeves. :) j/k

Hi Bees! So I was wondering if it was possible to make these long sleeves into cap sleeves?
Can you cut tulle? I wouldnt do it myself obv, id take it to a tailor but is it even possible?
