be careful of the one point you wouldnt want the bustle to break halfway through the night (ask for another secret point as a back up in case one breaks!)

I will look and see if I have a good pic.  My one point bustle was awesome!!  I actually had a snap I think.  It was on top, not underneath.  I had 3 tiers, so the top sheer tier was unbustled and hung over…  Was that super confusing?  I was shocked by how strong it was.

MMy dress came with a one point French bustle already attached.  It was just a button and loop in the underskirt.  It was super easy for my Maid/Matron of Honor to just bustle and unbustle me whenever I needed it.

I was dead set against a one point bustle because of the things I had read about them. The only picture I have easy access to is during one of the fittings–(I had the dress made). The end product had a sash and  the top folds fall a bit more smoothly. Rather than a “back-up” loop, my seamstress just reinforced the one point with two small loops. I ended up loving the one-point bustle–I think anything else on this dress would have been too much; it held strong and was *super* easy to put up. (I think my photographer ended up helping me with it b/c my bridesmaids had been corralled by elderly relatives)

I wish I could have had a one point bustle! My seamstress said my gown was too heavy!
