Hi bees!
Im am starting my dress search and i really want to see dresses on real women, instead of the models online. So can you share a pic of you in your dress and state the designer, style number, and price (if you dont mind) to help out those of us starting out our search? Oh and feel free to post dresses that didnt make the cut, in case someone else likes it.
I know there are a few older posts like this, but i know there are new bees with dresses :)

Here is mine. It is a Mon Cheri. It is called Regina. I had to have it made in a plus size with extra length so there was an up charge for that. It was around $1700, prior to alterations. Here's a picture of me and my mother.

sorry for the bad pic quality. Mine is an Allure Bridals 8755. I paid 700.00 with tax.
ETA: WB is fighting with me lol my dress is an Alfred Angelo and the style is discontinued but they have some simliar and was clearanced from $900 to $400.
Sure! It's a Pronovias Gomera. I'm altering the neckline to sweetheart and added the blingy belt.

I got mine at DB and mine too is discontinued... It was part of their Galina collection and was under 400 tax included... they've had new ones that are similar and another that is on sale right now!... best part is it had POCKETS... the 2 they have similar on the site have pockets too!

Jasmine F170 with a LOT of alterations. I changed the neckline, added a sash, buttons, changed the length of the train. It was $1100 with all of the alterations.
Mine is Private Label by G #1395, the price is $1600 (include tax) + $100 alteration :)
@big_monchhichi: I lovelovelove this dress. Every time you post it, I get jealous. :) It's a blinged out version of mine. ;)

I'm so excited - I got the call yesterday that mine arrived, though I'm not going in to try it until next Friday (suspense!!). Anyway, here's me in the sample - dress is Priscilla of Boston Karalyn and it was about 1100. I have at least a couple dozen pictures of me in other dresses on my computer at home, but I don't remember the styles and/or costs for a lot of them. It took a lot of trying long dresses before I realized that, yes, I definitely wanted a shorter one.
Here is my beauty! It's Allure 8750 -- it was right at $1000 with tax, before alterations. The ones of me aren't in my size, but you get the idea!!

Mine is Maggie Sottero Cherelle - a few years old, I bought it brand new from a bridal shop for $499 - someone had ordered it last year and didn't pick it up. I love love love it. Though it drove me crazy not knowing her name :)
