Good morning Bees! Please show me a pic of your centerpiece or inspriation pics. Both floral and non-floral please!
My dad made the stands for our lanterns (he's a blacksmith) and then we used some wild flowers in the wedding colors with candles to dress the rest up.
I found this on ebay and I like it. We are most likely getting married outside or under a tent. They are 13" high. I would decorate the pot with our wedding colors.

These are my mock ups. We are going for a southern vintage outdoor wedding and thus decided on these centerpieces with vintage hankies under them. I have made a few changes though for the wedding. The flowers will be white not pink and the votives will be covered with a beautiful fabric lace instead of these paper ones I had just laying around the house.

@Nola: I love your vase (is that what you call it?) What kind of flowers are you using?
@SoontobeMrsA: I actually made it because I couldn't find what I was wanting. It is a candle stick and a decorative bowl glued together. I am using carnations because I love the fullness and texture they have when they are bunched together.
This was our insipiration picture that I got off someone on the bee but I don't member who.

I'm having a peacock theme wedding
This is my inspiration (probably from another bee I'm sure). I plan to paint mine gold and put gems around the candle (instead of moss) and the bottom ring will be flowers and peacock feathers
I plan to do these with all peacock feathers. I'm also having gold peacock figurines on some of the tables as well. Going for an eclectic mix.
@SoontobeMrsA: The vases I got at Goodwill. They cost between 99 cents and $1.99 each. The roses I bought through EBay at this company: http://stores.ebay.com/Royalty-Wooden-Roses I loved how they looked! The hydrangea were real flowers that I had included in with my flower package free of charge. :)

@SoontobeMrsA: thanks, i love them too! i ordered them from The Knot store online. this is what it said on the website: Each centerpiece measures 8.25" w x 7.25" h and holds 3 standard votive candles (not included) in frosted glass cups.
they were only $11.95! the candles and petals I bought extra though. but still under $20 for my entire centerpiece.
@PurpleUnicorn: Definitely can't go wrong for that price! I like them a lot

This is my tall centerpiece for now. I plan to add beads in the vase and dark purple rose petals around it. Sorry for the blurry cellphone pic.
Yes, mine were made out of coffee filters and food coloring/tea as a dye. All milkglass was bought at Goodwill for 2.00 and under a vase.The pic does'nt do them justice as they are far more impressive in person. Each centerpiece is costing about $6.00 per a table with two milk glass vases.
I ordered the same lanterns as Mrs. Library, and I'll be using them in the aisles at the ceremony and then as centerpieces at the reception surrounded by small votive candles.
