I don’t know about yearbook style, but it’s pretty fun and easy to make a photo guestbook.  I made this one through shutterfly since I had a special deal at the time and didn’t want to spend a lot:  http://antonteriwedding.shutterfly.com/pictures/483

I often will take a template that they provide and use it as a very very basic guideline – moving things around a bit, changing/adding to the background, adding or removing embellishments, etc.  If I were to do my guestbook over, I’d probably add lines or something that people could write on or in.

Here’s mine – I basically just made my own layouts with a lot of white space and faded photos
