I don't have any pics, but I'm having a high updo and affixing the comb of the veil in front of my updo, right on top of a mini comb/tiara. The fabric of the veil will then go over the updo, if that makes sense.
I wont be doing it only becuase I plan on keeping my hijab ( Headscarf ) on my wedding but Ive seen an updo with a veil too many times -- I think it looks perfect :)
@Lina82: I plan on doing that hair do as well. I don't know any other way? I wanted to add a Jenny Packham headdress, do you think that will be too much? I don't have it on in this picture.

@Vintage Princess: Hello! Thanks for posting your picture! You look amazing! My veil is very similar. I am not sure how it will look with the headdress. Maybe you should post some pics wearing both. The veil looks stunning by itself anyway, so even if you go with just that I think it will be very nice!

Does any of you plan to do or has already tried doing a high updo / bun, wearing the veil over it? Do you have any pictures? I was thinking of doing something like this:
