Have you tried doing a back image search on google? go to google, images and there click on the tiny camera on the right side of the search field. You can either upload an image or paste the url address and it will find you all the websites where this picture can be found. Most likely you will find the designer or at least the vendors who carry it!

Not sure. . .but if you don't find it I think David's Bridal has one similar with the ruffle bottom. Can always add a colored sash?
