I can totally understand that you don’t feel like doing anything wedding related when you work that much! It really don’t sound like you need MORE things to do considering that schedule…

My advice is to get the invitations done asap, so that you have one more thing of your checklist. Can you realistically get them all done this coming weekend? Then, look over your diet and see if there’s anything you can change to lose weight before the wedding. Honestly, in 3 months you can do wonders (I once lost 15 pounds in that amount of time)! Also, are you doing everything yourself or can you ask family/friends for help? I think that would make a huge difference in terms of your feelings regarding the wedding.

*slap!* and *hug*

Ah, I totally lost it around the 3 month mark, too, but after a few days, I realized what was important and what I had to let things slide.  I would put together a list and have someone else take a look and help you decide what is needs to be done asap, what can wait and what you can let slide.

3 months is plenty of time to lose some weight.  And, remember, you will be beautiful and glowing even if you don’t.

slap and hugs! now get the invites out.  weight loss is not a big deal eat sensibly and if you have to get to second story or more opt for the stairs instead of elvator.  stay away from salt and sweets and weight should be coming off….

SLAP and HUG.

Grab a bottle of vino, and your MOH or BMs or sisters or WHOEVER and have an invite party! If you have time, workout on your lunch hours. I run or do yoga on mine and it frees up what little time I have in the evenings AND helps relieve stress even if only for 20 mins. And cut your diet to a veggie and lean protein diet. Elminate the carbs and sugar and you can shed a few pounds.

@mayflowerbride13:  Oh don’t worry about snowy pics! You’ll have your coat on most of the time and it will be just fine. I had the exact same feeling and my pics turned out fab because my coat hid my midsection enough to appease me!

@mayflowerbride13:  On the plus side, you’ll be warmer! That’s the only thing I miss with my former physique, I was ALWAYS warm. Now I’m slim but cold, so focus on looking fab in May when the weather is nicer! 🙂

SLAP!!

But seriously, I have a small suggestion that helped me. Do you have a microwave at work where you can heat up your lunch? I made this soup and have been eating it every day. It has about 180 calories and is really filling! Like a vegetarian chilli. It helped me drop weight in the middle of winter while craving comfort food (impossible!)

I cut out the pasta sauce as I didn’t feel like it needed it. I also added some sweet potato & baby spinach to bulk it up a little.
