@raziel1687:  Does this include the “service charge” or tips, as well? If your budget is 5k for the entire wedding, I’d say, no this isn’t a good deal for you. In general it’s an okay price. I’m not sure what part of Florida you are in. In Indianapolis we paid $8250.00 for 98 people in March. March is considered off-season up north. This included the ceremony, reception, covered chairs, tablecloths, chair sashes, cake, all beverages/open bar, champagne, salad, rolls, a buffet with four meats including prime rib, hor d’ oeurves, a bridal lounge and grooms lounge to get ready in 2 hours prior to the ceremony, cheese and fruit tray while we got ready, our own wedding day coordinator, service charges, taxes, and an hour for rehearsal the day before. It didn’t include centerpieces or a DJ. The centerpieces ended up costing us 300 more and our friend was our DJ for no charge. A DJ is usually about 7 or 800 bucks.

Does the 5k include your attire, bouquets, photographer, and officiant? If so, I’d tell them my budget is 3k max.
