(Closed) Can the coordinator handle linens "installation"?

@atlbride2013:  My guess is that it varies from coordinator to coordinator whether or not they do this sort of thing.  I’d ask your coordinator and see what she says. There’s no harm in making a polite inquiry.

Plus make sure those linens come ironed, some companies iron them as they are on the table, thats why the set up fee is alot.

Depending on the timing of your event the venue (or who is setting up the tables) or the coordinator should be able to do this.  There isn’t alot of tables it will just depend on who is there when.  The linens will have to be placed before the venue can place all the plates, stemware and glassware.  Where I am from the venues have no prolems laying the rented linens….just as long as they get them early.  I am a Wedding Planner and we do set up linens all the time for our day of services.  However, we do not iron them.
