Like these ones?  I don’t necessarily think it would be too “dinky”, but you could probably find something pre-wrapped for less money if you really don’t want to bother yourself with it.  Oh, ETA:  maybe they are pre-wrapped?

Oh now I know what kind of lollipops you mean. Those are cute and nice. I dont know if people would recognise it as a favor though.

Those lollipops are my favourite thing in the entire world. Seriously. SO buys me a box every Xmas and Valentine’s. So, obviously I’m biased, but I think you could tie a cute ribbon around them and they’d be great.

I love See’s lollipops! I agree with @Beluga — just tie a ribbon around them, and maybe even a small square card with a monogram on it, and put one at each place setting and they’re perfect.

I think they would be fine! Most people just leave favors anyway (my BF was recently in a wedding and we helped tear down, we picked up at least 50 wedding favors left by guests) and this will be a sweet treat they will actually enjoy rather than a dust collecting trinket.

Hmm… you could just put them in a bucket and hope people forget to take them…

Yum, i think you should mail me a box before I make my final decision! LOL

Seriously though, this is osmething they would definitely enjoy, i would just tie a litlte ribbon (wedding color) with a “thank you” tag attached.

This would be the best of both worlds!  Or perhaps, tootsie pops?  you can cover them with tulle of your wedding colors, or white/ivory (and they are less expensive, you can get them at the dollar store)  and secure the tulle with ribbon, that you also get at the dollar store, with a thank you tag that you can get at the dollar store…

Just a thought if you are trying to save money.

But the Sees ones would probably be a little more “classy” but if you didn’t want favors in the first place, the tootsie pops could be a good compromise.

Just a thought;)  Great idea though!  I think I may use it:)  I will use tootsie pops… more my style.

@JennyW1: I think with the ribbon & tag, you can place one horizontally above each place setting and your guests will “get it.”
