Hey there! Things like a new exercise routine can definitely affect your cycle — just like stress can affect it, too. 16 days is pretty early, but I wouldn’t worry too much yet. I’m on BC so that regulates my cycle, but even then I’ve had an irregular month or two before. I’d see what happens as your body gets used to your new routine. Of course, if you’re really worried, it never hurts to call your doctor’s office just to be sure! 🙂

@Quicksand:  diet and health changes can mess with your cycles, I don’t know to what extent but I know they can.
