You’re all like, “Is she posting AGAIN about this?? GET OVER IT!!!” and I don’t blame you, BUT, I’m very unhappy with my b’maid dresses. I chose a color I’m not in love with and I can’t get past it. My question is, does DB take back unworn gowns in exchange for the same dress in a different color??
Worst case scenario, I really can’t take it, I’m out $200. I only have 2 girls and the dress was $99.
Has anyone had this experience before?

Call and ask them. You don’t get if you don’t ask.

I’m not sure, I know the david’s bridal I went do obviously doesn’t do refunds [non of them do], however, I was told that if I decided I didn’t want my gown before it was altered/worn, that I could bring it in for store credit and purchase something else.
I would talk to your consultant, she may be able to work some magic for you.

jenilynevette: Yeah, I’m obviously going to call and see what my options are.
Wondering if anyone else has had this happen!!

BurlapnLace: Their policy is on the website. You can always ask nicely and see what they say.
<br />We accept online merchandise returns via mail only; online merchandise cannot be returned to our stores. Items purchased in David’s Bridal stores may not be returned or exchanged.

I’m not sure what their bm dress policy is, but you can exchange but not return wedding dresses. I purchased in-store and was able to exchange my dress for a smaller size add it got closer to wedding-time. They didn’t even inspect the one I brought back.

julies1949: THANK YOU FOR POSTING THAT. That’s EXACTLY what I needed to see, a REAL wedding with that color. It looks great in photos, I’m very relieved. Thanks for all your help!!
