Try a local jeweler. They may be able to custom design something for you. A jeweler here has some designs that may work and then incorporate you bessel mounted gem. http://www.ithacajewelbox.com/
How do I find a local jewler? I seem to find all this great inspiration online, but have no idea what they would actually look like on my finger. I don't like the idea of having my SO buy something online sight unseen.

Where can I find more examples of these kind of rings? I really like the hammered mixed metals that give the rings a more raw eathy feel. I found both of these on the same website, and looked through Etsy, but I'm coming up empty. When I search for hammered metal rings, I come up with mostly men's styles. :( Help!
