You could put the tops on them from a place like papersource.com. It looked like a letterpress to me.
Papermart.com has some boxes in black, red, and gold. I'm not sure what colors you are looking for. The white tops look like they are a combination of flat printing and rubber stamping, which should be easy enough to duplicate.

I am making buckeyes as our wedding favors because much of our guest list and both of our families hail from Cleveland annnnd we just love peanut butter and chocolate. I'm making them myself and trying to find this packaging for them featured under the Ohio: http://www.marthastewartweddings.com/article/regional-favors?lnc=f38e77c119b1d110VgnVCM1000003d370a0aRCRD&page=3&rsc=articlecontent_favors-and-gifts
I can't find boxes like this anywhere except for Box and Wrap. They don't really have them in the colors I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
