(Closed) Canceling Paper Source Order?

I used to work for Paper Source (in a store retail position, nothing where I know anyone and could help you). They were pretty disorganized, so while their products are PHENOMENAL, sadly, I’m not shocked by this.

I would write them a letter via USPS – Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested detailing exactly what you are going to do.

Have they charged your CC already? It is unusual for a company to charge before shipping.

Then yes, to dispute a charge, you just call your CC company directly and tell them why you are disputing it and they will open a dispute. It doesn’t guarantee they’ll side with you, but that’s why I’d suggest also putting it in certified mail to Paper Source. You need to be able to prove you have cancelled your order and no goods or services have been delivered.

I’m sorry your have such a difficult time with them!  I would go somewhere your business is valued!  Thanks for sharing I will make sure not to use them for anything.  Good luck!

@atlbride2013:  You’re still in good shape because your around 6 months before the wedding!  Keep your head up you will get them out soon enough.  Plus people are just excited for your wedding.  People asked us for save the dates the week after we got engaged.  lol

@atlbride2013: Thats such BS.  They were not able to deliver a product on time they should be giving you your money back, appologizing, and not giving you the run around.  UGH things like this get me frustrated.  Wish you the best!
