Try looking at the dollar store for glass tea light holders. They usually have a large assortment. Or you could always use fake candles? Also, there are like a million different ways to “cut” glass. I actually saw a fairly simple way to do it on pinterest. Search it on youtube there were tons of videos of different ways to cut glass.

@sschmirl

I had the same issue! However, I was going to use LED lights so we could save some time lighting real candles. I searched high and low and FINALLY found black based LED tea lights. I was stoked! They finally arrived yesterday and I frantically opened them only to realize the light is Halloween orange. ugh, back to square one. My venue allows open flame as well, as long as it is enclosed. To make a long story short, on the way out the door I remembered that I bought votives from Hobby Lobby last week.They are a bit smaller than typical votives, and they fit PERFECTLY!!! YAY! So we will now be using real candles in our candelabras. They are about 6 bucks for a pack of 12- so super reasonable. Hope this helps!
