I've just been picking up whatever I find on sale. I found to vase-y type things for like bucks each at TJ Maxx and then I think I got a square short-ish one somewhere? But I do want some Ap. Jars too but don't wanna spend too much!
Yeah Swiss miss this was a last minute decision to have a candy buffet after nixing out some of the other things we were offering. So I want to spend as little as I can on Items for the candy bar
FYI I saw some amazing large glass vases/jars at Marshalls today for only $6.00 each. TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods are all owned by the same company I believe. So, if you need apothecary type jars I would search there. :)
i am trying to do all large ones because i think its will give a bigger AW effect lol!

Are you guys decorating your candy vessels, or leaving them simple and sweet? I can't decide if I wanna put ribbon around or not?
I will be putting a satin ribbon with a lace ribbon over it around each one and I will be attaching labels stating what each type of candy is. I am also going to have a different color overlay or tablecloth under the display. I haven't quite decided exactly how to do everything yet, but I will be prettying it up.

So i am just curious what size apothecary jars everyone is having... I am planning to do maybe 2 or 3 of these and then a few large open cylinder vases.
I am trying to find some for a good price and while looking for some old fashion candy on Oriental Trading and they have a set of 3 Glass Jars for only $30.00 but they seem on the small size I am just curious about how much candy these would hold
there is a 16oz a 21oz & a 24oz how much candy do you think this would hold
