I think it depends on the store you shop at. For example, the Target by my house has a ton of candy, but even before the holidays are over it is usually almost gone. That is probably because it is the only Target on my side of town. Also, how much candy do you need? If you need a lot you might want to start shopping now so you won't run out of anything you need.
Thanks, jordynrose! I was thinking about Target for the candy bc there's so much right now, but that could change, like you said, closer to the holiday. I was needing probably about 5-7ish bags of each type, which is kind of a lot!
I say wait, too...though I would literally get up early and go to the store on the 15th to get first picks of what's left over!
I agree, if you go as soon as the doors open on the 15th, I bet you could get all you need.
I agree with the other bees, best to wait. If its anything like around here there will be plenty of candy left.
maybe wait till right after vday and get clearanced pink candies, remember they raise prices for vday.

I'm wondering if I should just try to catch the candy on sale now, or wait until the day after V-day for half off?
I just worry that if I wait till the day after, there won't be much left, or not as much as I would need.
Has anyone waited until the day after a holiday for candy? Did you find much?
