I'm doing a candy buffet for a baby shower and not putting instructions. Just a 'Sweet Baby Boy' sign. I think they'll get it, I mean there's bags, scoops and candy. LOL
I know right! I would think so but why does ever picture I see then have that other sign in it! HUHHH!!! Driving me to drink!

I've seen signs which stated what type of candy was on the jar. I've also seen big cut outs of the words SWEET LOVE and they were on sticks on top of the jars.
We just labeled the jars with what type of candy they are. We're not doing an "instructional" sign
I think labels for the candy is a great idea. When I have seen framed words on a table for candy buffets it's usually something more on the.. poetic side? Some words to add some sentimentality or a personal touch. I've also seen instructions that obviously aren't needed but are worded in a cutesy way to, again, make it more personal. Just another way to make something at your wedding special to you. It's probably not needed. Most people from ages 2-90 can figure out... there's candy, there are bags, it's like self-serve Halloween for everybody! w007
thanks...your right...Im going to just use my love is sweet sign and go from there. I don't want to over do the buffet but I don't want it too look like it was put together by a 4 year old either. Im just a crazy worry wart! Thanks for all your guys help!
I did lables on each one of what kind of candy it was and then above the whole buffet i put. love is sweet. Everyone got the idea pretty quick.

Hello Fellow STB Brides!
I am super stuck and need help. So I made this super cute Love Is Sweet Sign for our candy buffet, but I keep seeing picture frames with wording on them. Im assuming instructions or something is everyone doing this? If so what do they say? If you have a picture that would maybe inspire me to create my own. Please help!
