How many guests do you expect? If it's a small number, then I'd say sure add some flair. If it's A LOT of bags, then maybe find something cute and easy to dress them up, like stickers or a stamp!
I'd say stickers or a stamp as well. It's really easy to do and you can find them cheap. If it's not a large number then you could punch some holes and add some cute ribbon or print something on nice paper and add it to the front. If you do have a lot maybe you could find a cute basket or container to put them in and jazz that up a bit so you still have something that looks good but you don't drive yourself nuts DIY'ing 400 bags. Whatever you do, post pictures so we can see!
I love stamps! maybe get one custom ordered that you can use throughout the entire wedding!

I bought white paper bags at Michaels and thought they looked a little plain so I decided to dress them up What do you think? Is it too much? Should I leave them plain white?
