(Closed) Candy Buffet — when & where to set it up

I set up my candy buffet before the reception so by the time people get in they can appreciate how beautiful it is. By setting up early you can see it and change anything you want as well. I put my candy table in the same room as people are sitting. The food is in one room and candy is right across from it but it’s in a seperate area so people don’t scramp around. Set it up a bit further from the bar since alot of people will be there.

We are actually reusing the same table that will hold our escort cards (and the same centerpiece) for our candy bar.  During dinner, the candy bar will be created by my on-site coordinator.  We are going to do a test of the look prior to the wedding- which I highly suggest- to make sure you 1) have enough candy 2) really like how things are layed out and 3) have enough candy!  I started collecting a lot of inspirational photos, and I’ve included a few below.  Good luck!
