I want to have a candy buffett for my wedding and would like to know how much I might be spending on candy. If you have had a candy buffett at your wedding can you please tell me how it went and about how much you spent. If it’s not too much can you tell me how many people you had at the wedding also.
Thanks for answering!

I couldn’t tell you the total cost for a candy bar (it’s going to depend on the number of guests / candy you want) but I can give you ideas to save money!
One of the best places to buy cheap bulk candy is Oriental Trading Company. Sign up for email alerts and you’ll get promo codes/coupons to help save even more money:
And the cheapest place to order glass containers for the candy buffet is through the Dollar Tree. If you don’t have a store near you, they will ship to your home. If you do have a store near you, they ship to the store for free:

I second the Dollar Tree for glassware. Plus, always check out local thrift shops like goodwill and salvation army. They are always good for glass, mason jars, milk glass, whatever your theme is, they’ll probably have something to go with it.
Sams or Costco is good for bulk candies too. Is there a “Candy holiday” coming up before your wedding? Stock up on after holiday candy, as long as it won’t go bad by your wedding. I saved a lot of money on jelly beans & m&ms this way. Check out the sales after labor day and see if you can score deals.
I had about 80-90 people at my wedding, all adults, and the candy buffet was a major hit. I think it made them feel young again haahaa! Plus it doubled as my favor.
