Kim,

You might be able to find these if you check on the classifieds board.  Usually folks list their wares in the classifieds.  If you have a TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Ross in your town you should be able to find some really cute jars there for cheap.  Also Walmart has a fair selection as well.

I second Walmart on this one.  It was the last place I checked (just didn’t think they’d have what I was looking for) but I hit the jackpot there last week and got the rest of the containers I needed for my candy buffet.  Definitely worth checking Walmart (but not back by the wedding favor stuff in the craft aisles.. check in the housewares instead, like by the cooking or kitchen storage stuff).  I have also found a lot of cute jars at the “Christmas Tree Shop” (not sure if you have one in your area).  Both places were really affordable.

Also, Michaels and Joanns were having a sale on them a while back. That is where I got mine. I don’t know how long the sale is on for, but you can also google for coupons and get 40% to 50% off each one. You may have to make several trips and/or have someone go with you and have them go through a different line. Our Joanns lets us use more than one coupon at a time, but our Michaels doesn’t.
