I fear someone is going to say something soon. I am on sites, making calls, lists all day. eek. Its so hard.
Haha! I've got 2 months to go and am already feeling some of that. :)
I'm sure in the week leading up to the wedding I'll be fairly useless.

I have things to work on here, but I just can't focus on it long enough to actually get anything done. Plus, my stomach feels jittery all day. Not a good combo. Hopefully no one is paying attention haha.
Our wedding is next year and I'm distracted by looking up wedding-related stuff and checking out weddingbee! Good thing I have my own office and it's a slow time of year, lol!
I can never consontrate at work! I spend more time on here then I do working!
I am just the same, and still have over a year to go!!
I'm in the same boat. . with 10 months to go. I've gone to shareing/alternating between work and wedding. Basically bribing myself to work, by saying you can work on X after you complete Y. It's not really working, but at least I'm trying.
i am getting married the end of next year and i cant concentrate! lol

I am started on my checklist and have completed 13 out of 1290381209382098239028 LOL i have a lot of time but i know it will sneak up on me!
I have 39 days to go and am on weddingbee and looking up wedding stuff and making lists non-stop. I cant even imagine how you must be feeling!!!
I find myself making lists all day and checking weddingbee every so often. It is an addiction I tell you!! It is hard when you've got all your wedding planning in the back of your mind floating around!
Lol =) I've been like that since May! And I've still got a little over 11 months to go!!
But I get like this with EVERYTHING. party planning, shopping trips, vacations, etc. I like to be over-prepared.
I'm like this too - and have been engaged for 5 months today with 11 months to go! LOL! It's hard because I get random ideas on the spot and have to stop and jot them down. My job is so stressful at times, when I get home I usually don't have energy to look up wedding things - so I get it in when I can! :)
Seriously, my wedding is on Saturday and I have to work until Wednesday night - And all I can do is sit here thinking of lists and itineraries and EVERYTHING! I'm supposed to be finishing two projects and I seriously am not able to concentrate on anything!!!
If you are a week further than I am R Elizabeth, well all I can say is that for me it has only gotten worse :).
ME!!! I'm losing my mind at my desk... at a 2 hr meeting this morning I daydreamed-up a "morning of the wedding" outfit to get my hair done in. I'm really reaching :) My wedding isn't for 3 more months!
Yes! I do not want to be at work this week (or last week). It doesn't help that I don't like my job, but as the wedding gets closer and closer, I find it almost impossible to just stay here at my desk all day! I spent an hour on the phone this morning with my dad talking about marriage. I can't help myself, I feel like my mind is going a million miles a minute!
Were so slow. I just don't even pay attention anymore. I'de rather be planning than at work.
Getting married this Saturday and REALLY can't concentrate. I've bee working on my seating plan, place cards, etc... WAY too much on the brain to be at work :-)
I'm getting married July 31st - and I've already told my boss that bride brain has taken over! Luckily my boss is super understanding, and even gave me the week before the wedding off, and 2 weeks after off...with pay!
Haha - my entire wedding was planned at work! Ok, not all...maybe like 60% of it though! And the month before, I was running around doing so many last minute things that my mind definitely was NOT on work. Of course, I got promoted a month before my wedding too, and that came with a ton of work, so I felt like a chicken with my head cut off the week before I left, but they should've counted me out as useless. I mean, seriously...how do you expect any bride to work the week before she gets married?
July 31 here, and almost completely useless at work these days!
I'm not even engaged and I have been obsessed with wedding related stuff haha! Any free second I have I'm looking up cool ideas!
I'm your date twin and I'm off b/c I'm a teacher but there's no way I cold focus o anything right now. I can barely focus on wedding stuff that needs to get done!
Haha- these make me feel sooo much better. I'm glad I'm not just losing my mind. Luckily my boss is out this week and will be traveling most of next week... I've reminded myself to take so many deep breaths within the last week... And all those DIY projects I had planned have been thrown out the window, because I honestly just don't care anymore and I would be so stressed trying to complete them by next weekend... I'm just ready for the wedding!
@r elizabeth:I totally feel the same way! Most of my DIY projects have been abandoned and I am just focusing on the necessary things now (eg. place cards). I just want it to be here already! I am trying to remind myself to write in my journal though so I remember this time and stay in the moment. Otherwise I feel like I'm in a stress-induced fog.
Hahaha!! I had to laugh at this because I'm in the exact same boat! Congrats, date twin :]
Today is my "Friday" at work so I'm beyond not focused! I leave for California bright and early tomorrow morning for our wedding next Saturday!! CRAZINESS!!! I can't focus, I wake up crazy early... let's get this show on the road!!

r elizabeth Hi Date Twin. I thought i was the only one. All of a sudden this weekn, i'm just going crazy finalizing everything. Making last minute phone calls, setting up hair, nail, make up appts. Spending my day on here...My mind is not at work at all! I only have 33 hours left of work until i'm off for the Wedding and Honeymoon..so hopefully I don't get caught before then... hehe

I am getting married next Saturday and I can't focus on anything right now! I sit in my cubicle all fidgety and just spastically look up wedding related things all day. I'm pretty much useless at work and probably will be through next week. Please tell me I am not alone!!
